Our sampling kits are designed to be lightweight, portable and easy to use in the field. They are tailored to various different substrates allowing you to collect eDNA from a whole range of habitats. Our eDNA kits come with clear instructions and videos to help with your eDNA survey. Once collected send them back to our laboratory for analysis. If you're unsure which kit is right for your eDNA survey, or think you need a bespoke kit, we're happy to help.

Proper soil collection protocols are key to ensuring only modern eDNA is collected.

Field Controls

Robust eDNA surveys rely on being able to monitor any potential cross contamination between sites and samples. By collecting field controls, which are 'fake' samples that shouldn't contain any eDNA, we can verify that no eDNA has been transferred on equipment. If it has we can see when the contamination occurred, and account for it in your final report.

Because field controls are so integral to providing the high quality data that you've come to expect from us, we include them for free in every survey over 5 samples.
